Thank you for shopping at I.M. Racing Accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Electrical components and sensors
Fluids, lubricants, and chemicals
Custom or special-order parts
Any item that has been installed or used
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. I.M. Racing Accessories is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returned items to cover inspection and processing costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
